A Solid Stay
ideal location five star service dimmed lights strict staff
I attended a conference at this hotel in September 2025. The location is ideal. The city center is within walking distance. Five star service comes at a reasonable price point.
The lights were dimmed everywhere. It did not feel good. The best part was getting out of the hotel to see lights again. Some staff members at the reception desk were a bit strict with us. We did not feel that welcomed.

quick check-in tea selection rooftop bar
the check-in process was quick. a guest relations team member escorted me to my room. this person explained how all the features worked. i found tea and coffee available in the room. slippers were provided. the bathroom offered very good toiletries. there was a swimming pool and spa facilities. i used these after long walks. the rooftop bar had nice views.

the breakfast buffet was very good. there was a great variety of food to choose from. the hotel team showed great kindness. i was impressed.
Housekeeping did not meet my expectations. there were dirty bulbs. The sink was clogged. the bathroom lacked an extraction fan, which i found inconvenient. dental amenities were missing, and i had to request them specifically, a minor inconvenience.

the room was spotlessly clean! it included a mini fridge. the porters were excellent. they were attentive and helpful.
The room service menu was short. the food i got from it wasn't good. the wi-fi was unreliable. Some doors do not open smoothly.

wonderful experience
efficient check-in spacious room brand toiletries extra robes
check in was efficient a guest relations team member walked me to my room showed me how everything worked and what was available. the room felt spacious tea and coffee were provided i liked the damana brand toiletries in the bathroom i didn't need to use my own. slippers and robes were also provided

the reception service was lovely staff members were very friendly and helpful i found the room very clean and the shower excellent. i would happily recommend a stay at this location to anyone visiting the area.

The room had climate control that worked well. I could easily adjust the temperature. The room featured a safe. It was large enough to hold a laptop and other valuables.

limited menu subpar food
The room service menu proved surprisingly limited, and the food I ordered was subpar. I noticed minor maintenance issues, for example, a door did not open smoothly. I think investment is needed to match the infrastructure and the quality of the staff.
